Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Returns requested within 14 days of delivery will be refunded to your original form of payment. Returns requested between 15–30 days of delivery will be issued as store credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged: Final Few, gift cards, cosmetics, fragrance, intimates (including bras, camisoles, and slips), tights, and socks. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at bess@neverenoughcutestuff.com so we can make it right. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will be refused and returned to the customer.
